PS 260 ORGANIZATIONAL PSYCHOLOGY
Students will be introduced to the various theories and applications of human behavior within organizations. Topics include organizational structure and goals, mission and vision, business planning and development, leadership and management styles, training, interpersonal relations, time management, problem solving, employee motivation, engagement, and recognition. The impact of global and cultural factors related to organizations will be covered. Lecture: 3 hours per week. 3 Credits
