PA 201 LEGAL RESEARCH AND WRITING I
A practical approach to developing and improving basic legal research skills and legal writing ability. Assignments will require students to use a variety of primary and secondary sources found online and in law libraries. As their research skills develop, students will become involved in drafting legal documents with an emphasis on proper legal style and clear, accurate, and precise presentations. Lecture: 3 hours per week. 3 Credits
